We use ESTES Express Lines to handle the delivery to your location. Our tubs are expertly packed to ensure damage free delivery. In the very rare event that you find damage on any product, we will promptly send you a replacement at no cost. Contact us at info@dado-usa.com in such a situation. 

It is very important to note that in order to qualify for a free replacement, the following guidelines must be followed:

All items must be fully inspected upon arrival. If any damages are visible the shipment must be rejected and damages noted on the bill of lading (delivery receipt). Damages notified later than 48 hours after delivery will not qualify for a free replacement. Please take clear pictures of all damages and include them with your notice to us. Items must be kept in the original packaging, with protective materials in place and closed so that it can be collected for return.
